Policy Session Fee and Duration.

My fee is counsellor my sessions are voluntary and therefore are free of charge.

£45 per 50 minutes, the counselling hour.

I offer free counselling to veterans and their families at The Veterans Charity in Barnstaple. This is personal discretion.

Each session lasts for 50 minutes, I offer short-term fixed sessions and open-ended sessions to meet your needs. At any time we can review how you feel the sessions are going and if you would like to make any changes. I encourage you to be open so that our professional relationship can evolve at your pace.

If you are unable to make any sessions, I would appreciate 24 hours’ notice, as the place a can be offered to another client. I understand that sometimes mitigating circumstances can occur but if you cancel a session within 24 hours you will be charged the full session fee. I require payment to be paid at least 48 hours before each session.

If I am unable to attend any dates, I will notify you in advance if possible and will rearrange a date with you.
